Birth Doula Services

From prenatal birth planning to postpartum breastfeeding support, birth doula services include informational, emotional and physical support as you navigate the decisions, changes, and challenges of labor and birth.

Birth doula package includes 2-3 prenatal visits where we will explore your desires for birth and build our relationship, constant in-person and hands-on birth support at your birth location, continued support immediately following birth, and 2-3 postpartum visits. My birth doula style includes an emphasis on informed decision making, a focus on the birthing person and their wishes, and postpartum mental health.
