Birth Doula Services

From prenatal birth planning to postpartum breastfeeding support, birth doula services include informational, emotional, and physical support as you navigate the decisions, changes, and challenges of labor and birth.

Birth doula package includes:
2-3 prenatal visits where we explore your desires for birth and build our relationship

In-person, hands-on labor and birth support at your birth location, from the start of labor until postpartum recovery

Continued support immediately following birth, and

2-3 postpartum visits.

My birth doula style includes an emphasis on informed decision making, a focus on the birthing person and their wishes, and postpartum mental health.
